called on all humanitarian agencies and Non-Governmental Organizations in the
Northeast region of the country, to liaise with government agencies to help
ease administrative bottlenecks.

Programme (WFP), Ms. Ertharin Cousin, who led other members of the programme to
the National Assembly, The Senate President, urged humanitarian agencies to
always collaborate with security agencies so as to ensure their safety during

especially on security and importation of their equipment.

address the challenges facing Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the
Northeast, and urged the world food programme to help ensure that the food crisis in the IDP
